I’ve always had a passion for real stories — a yearning to understand the nuanced stories that make people both deeply unique and yet so ordinarily human. After over ten years in television news at ABC News and CNN, traveling across the globe and covering some of the most history-defining moments of the decade, I decided to make the jump into the documentary world in 2022. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
My goal as a filmmaker is to always foster a space of trust and authentic connection; striving to enable my interview subjects to share their truth with the world with care, conviction, and compelling clarity.
The fact that I get to tell people’s true stories for a living is something I will never take for granted.
